Job Description
The Crew Leader is responsible for supervising daily front-of-house and/or kitchen operations, ensuring service efficiency, food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards. The role acts as a team lead on shift, supporting the Supervisor or Outlet Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise crew during daily operations and shifts
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are met
- Assign duties, manage shift flow, and monitor attendance
- Handle basic customer issues and escalate when necessary
- Assist with opening and closing of the outlet
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support training and coaching of new crew members
