Creditors' Rights Paralegal

Description We are looking for a highly organized Creditors' Rights Paralegal to support a legal team handling matters related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and creditor representation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to active civil litigation files, assist with discovery and trial preparation, and help keep cases moving efficiently from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with case management software in a fast-paced legal environment.
