Creditors Clerk

CREDITORS CLERK

R18 000 per month dependent upon skills and experience; 
08h00 – 16h30 with 1 hour lunch break between 13h00 – 14h00

Qualifications: 
- Matric 
- At least 5 years experience in the role of creditors clerk 
- Working current knowledge in computer software programs 
- Working current knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and outlook 
- A proficiency in basic IT skills an advantage 
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans (read, write, speak) 

Job description: 
- Daily accurate processing of general creditors transactions on AJS accounting 
software 
- Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly reconciliation of all creditor accounts 
- Preparation of payment requisitions weekly 
- Attending to any creditor related queries
