Credit Specialist – Collections

Interra International is seeking a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Credit Specialist – Collections to support our global food trading operations.

This role is responsible for managing customer collections, resolving claims, reconciling accounts, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to protect financial performance while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collections in accordance with credit terms
• Analyze delinquency reports and resolve past-due accounts
• Investigate and resolve customer claims
• Process cash postings and reconcile accounts
• Maintain accurate documentation and system records
• Provide professional, high-volume customer communication
