Job Description
An ICM UW Team Lead is expected to have an advanced understanding of credit risk, Citi’s internal policies and procedures, external regulations, and industry fundamentals. They lead insightful conversations with Banking and Risk partners, staying abreast of developments and contributing to strategic direction. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince stakeholders, achieving significant impact through complex deliverables.
