About the role
We’re seeking an experienced and confident Credit Officer to join our Credit team at Horsley Park. Reporting to the Assistant Credit Manager, you will be responsible for implementing Brickworks’ credit policies and accounts receivable procedures while delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining strong attention to detail.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Follow established procedures to collect credit information, maintain accurate records and minimise outstanding debts.
• Construct account reconciliations and manage claims through to resolution.
• Investigate and assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
• Verify credit references to ensure accurate credit assessment.
• Communicate company credit management policies to customers and sales teams.
