Key Accountabilities

Preparation of documents for Credit & Loan Applications (Individual, Business, Group, Mortgage Application). Complete loan application processing for consumers and businesses after thorough review and analysis of customer information. Complete asset finance loan application processing for retail clients under a regulated environment. Complete commercial and asset finance loan application process in a non-regulated environment. Assist and adhere to FAP (Financial Advice Provided - FSPR) Compliance requirements as per the New Regime. Assist and adhere to FMA Compliance requirements and other applicable regulatory bodies. Consult clients on loan applications for individuals, businesses, or other types of loans. Maintain records of loan application(s) and send legal documentation and keep records as per legal requirements. Prepare credit assessment dairy notes per consumer and applicable lending laws.
