We need someone who can pick up the phone and actually get the money in.
Let's be honest, half the Credit Controller ads out there are just a chasing script with a payroll number attached. This isn't that. Our client (a well-established, stable business in Leeds) needs a Credit Controller who treats aged debt like a personal grudge and closes it out with charm, not just chase emails.
If you can read a client relationship, spot who's stalling versus who's genuinely stuck, and turn an awkward call into a payment plan without burning the bridge, you're exactly who we're after. Bonus points if you've ever made a Finance Director actually smile during a debtor review.
You'll be:
