+ Duration – 6-month contract (potential to extend if business need is there)

+ Position has a high focus on production (They have to get through 56 cases per day – they utilize a queue)
+ No phone work - they help member cases and inquiries but do not speak to members directly. If someone loves customer service and working directly with members over the phone, this is not the right opportunity for them.
