About the Role
411 Locals is looking for a Creative Strategist who understands how to turn simple ideas into high-converting ads that drive real leads for small businesses .
This is not a “brand creative” role.
We’re looking for someone who can create scrappy, effective, conversion-focused ad creatives —especially video—designed to generate calls, form fills, and book jobs for local service businesses like roofers, plumbers, HVAC, and electricians .
Our clients operate on tight budgets , so your work must maximize performance, reduce CPL, and make every dollar count .
