We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Design who can lead creative projects, deliver innovative design solutions, and ensure our visual storytelling resonates with our audience. This role requires a balance of creative strategy, leadership, packaging, merchandising, and hands-on design expertise, contributing directly to brand growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Strategy
Drive end-to-end creative direction for collections, campaigns, packaging, and merchandising projects. Translate business objectives into compelling visuals aligned with the brand identity. Oversee UI/UX, social media creatives, retail displays, and all branding touchpoints.
