Responsible for shaping and executing the brand’s visual and creative direction across all touchpoints. This role bridges strategy and execution—translating marketing goals into high-performing creative assets that drive awareness, engagement, and sales. As the brand expands, the Creative Lead will play a key role in scaling creative output while maintaining strong brand consistency and Gen Z relevance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proven experience as a Creative Lead, Art Director, or similar role in beauty, skincare, fashion, or e-commerce industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, campaign, and video creative work
- Skilled in graphic design, creative direction, content production, and trend-driven marketing
- Knowledgeable in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and e-commerce creatives
