This is a hands‑on leadership role for a senior creative professional who combines strong design expertise with modern AI‑assisted workflows , elevating visual communication across the organization.
This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico .
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction.
- 3+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role .
- Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment , modern aesthetics, and high‑end execution.
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
