Responsibilities
Operate crawler cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials as directed by site plans or supervisors.Conduct thorough pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections, documenting any issues and assisting in routine maintenance.Interpret load charts, boom angles, and other specifications to determine safe lifting capabilities.Coordinate closely with riggers, signalers, and other team members to ensure clear communication and smooth operations.Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety standards, maintaining a safe work environment.Assist in training and mentoring entry-level operators on safe and efficient crane operation.Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions, performing basic troub...
