VGC Group are recruiting for a Crane Supervisor to join our client's team in Leiston, Suffolk.
This opportunity is offered on a long term contract basis (PAYE)
Shift pattern:
12 Nights on, 2 Nights off.
19:00 - 07:00
Duties include:
- Verifying that cranes are positioned correctly, loads do not exceed weight limits, and all safety procedures are strictly followed
- Coordinate activities among crane operators, riggers, signallers, and other personnel to ensure smooth and efficient lifting operations.
- Manage the workflow to prevent delays and accidents
- Scheduling inspections, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring any necessary repairs are completed promptly
- Ensure that all crane operations comply with guidance and regulations.
