Insight Global is seeking a Craftsmanship & Sensory Experience Engineer to support Ford's vehicle development programs by driving craftsmanship quality, customer-perceived quality, and color/material (CMF) execution. This individual will help translate subjective customer experiences—including visual, tactile, and acoustic attributes—into measurable engineering specifications while coordinating cross-functional teams to manage CMF assumptions, change control, and launch readiness.
