We're looking for a passionate and driven **Clinical Research Associate (CRA)** based in **Puerto Rico** to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical trials. In this role, you'll partner with investigative sites and cross-functional teams to ensure studies are executed with excellence, compliance, and a strong focus on patient outcomes.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead and execute site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits, in accordance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
+ Build strong relationships with investigative sites to drive site performance, patient recruitment, and study engagement.
+ Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and high-quality study execution.
