Position Summary
Under the direction of the Safety Program Manager for Kids & Aquatics. The CPR instructor is responsible for the instruction, leadership, supervision, control, and safety of all class participants. The CPR Instructor is responsible for quality assurance and effectively facilitating American Red Cross/Lifesaving Society Courses. It is the CPR instructor's responsibility to observe and direct all class participants, and to provide feedback and appropriate correction according to American Red Cross or Lifesaving Society.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Serves as a resource on American Red Cross (ARC)/Lifesaving Society (LSS) provider course curriculum and protocols of Life Time, instructors and participants
- Conducts ARC Skills Sessions while adhering to ARC and Life Time guidelines
