• Enhance yard and road operations through collaboration
• Supervise and ensure safe train movements daily
• Lead discussions promoting a culture of safety
• Conduct efficiency tests and act on safety measures
• Assist with investigations and develop corrective actions
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Must have railway experience as a conductor
