Job Description
Drive safety and compliance as the Rail Testing Supervisor at CPKC in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Lead ultrasound rail testing to ensure precision in rail maintenance.
As a Supervisor, you will manage contracted testing operations while ensuring safety and accuracy in rail analysis. Your role includes leading daily safety briefings, coordinating effectively with the Roadmaster, and guiding teams on safety protocols. A significant part of your responsibility will be ensuring compliance with Red Book standards through proactive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee safety rules adherence for all personnel
• Plan and direct daily operations with the crew
• Regularly communicate with the Roadmaster regarding schedules
• Conduct rail testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Be ready for on-call situations as needed
