CPA Finance Manager

Job Description

· Ensure company's compliance on tax laws and regulations in a timely manner

· Propose new or revise finance internal controls, processes and procedures, if necessary, to achieve financial control objectives

· Perform finance and accounting analysis and management reporting.

· Monitoring Account Receivable and Account Payable due and balance

· Monitoring and controlling budget usage in each cost center

· Assist intercompany on their accounting and financial transactions and tax compliance

· Provide documents and schedules to the external auditor for the audit of financial statements

· Supervise the finance team in performing their duties and responsibilities

· Regular monitoring and review of the company's bank accounts to ensure appropriate cash flow management and achieve the most efficient use of funds
