 Customer Service Representative Location: Covington, Kentucky (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months - potential to extend
Schedule: 7:45AM - 4:45PM (1 hour lunch) each day. Monday through Friday. 
There will be one Saturday a month where this person will need to work a 1/2 day. 7:45am-12pm. 
Role OverviewWe are seeking a REALID Specialist. In this role, you will support government operations related to identity verification and customer service. This position is based onsite in Covington, Kentucky.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer service at the driver licensing branch.
Issue driver’s licenses and state identification cards.
Review and process immigration documents and other required paperwork.
Conduct vision screenings and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
