The Role
Supervising classes during teacher absence
Delivering pre-set lesson plans and maintaining lesson flow
Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
Ensuring a safe, focused, and positive learning environment
Providing feedback to teaching staff at the end of the lesson
Requirements
Previous experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Confidence working across Key Stages 3 and 4
