ABOUT THE ROLE

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly organised and proactive Course Coordinator to support the delivery of vocational education and training programs. This role is responsible for coordinating training activities, managing student administration, engaging with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with RTO requirements to deliver an exceptional learner experience.

The role is a fixed term (6 months) full time based in Sydney/Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vocational training programs to meet learner, employer and organisational needs.
• Support the development and continuous improvement of training and assessment strategies and materials.
• Liaise with trainers, students, eLearning specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
