Role Opportunity: Courier
You will be part of our Operations team, responsible to sort, deliver and pick up shipments in the most efficient and cost-productive manner. As a DHL Certified International Specialist, you are our brand ambassador to customers and the general public.
Tasks- Attend to customer need at all times in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
- Shipment Delivery is to meet RDD and PU are uplifted as per RFU and no miss PU.
- Provide timely customer feedback to Team Leaders and Supervisor.
- Follow up on all customer enquires.
- Direct Customer to the right DHL department when further information are required.
- Inform Supervisors and Lead Couriers on all service related issues.
- Be accountable and honest and meet performance expectation.
