Job Summary
The Courier Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and professional collection and delivery of customer shipments across the UAE. The role ensures that all deliveries and pickups are completed according to scheduled routes and service level agreements (SLAs) and providing excellent customer service. The Courier Driver also ensures vehicle safety, compliance with UAE traffic regulations, and proper handling of all shipments, including temperature-controlled goods when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver shipments safely and on time while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Ensure deliveries and collections are completed in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
