Kennedy McLean Counselling & Psychotherapy Services specializes in supporting individuals through life transitions as well as those with a history of trauma, and or substance abuse. The practice provides in person therapy in Burlington and virtual psychotherapy to individuals and couples throughout Ontario, offering flexible access to care. Therapists are trained in a range of modalities, including experiential therapies, EMDR, sex therapy, couples counselling, trauma therapy, CBT for anxiety, IFS and psychodynamic psychotherapy. The team works with individuals, couples, and families facing concerns related to trauma, depression, anxiety, parenting, eating disorders, self-esteem, infidelity, substance use, and family dysfunction. The clinic is committed to trauma-informed, client-centered care that respects each person’s lived experience.
