Our client is a fast-growing baby care brand headquartered in Singapore, with regional operations in Malaysia (operations hub), Vietnam, Thailand, and China. In 2024, they expanded into Taiwan and are now looking for their Country Sales Manager to build and lead our presence locally. Responsibilities Familiar with distribution channels and hands-on experience in managing them Formulate and execute product channel strategies Lead or participate in planning and executing marketing activities to achieve company objectives Prepare annual plans, including revenue management, cost control, and annual budgeting Collaborate with the team to present sales pitches to key clients, maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales volume, and suggestions for expanding the customer base Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals Regularly report to the direct supervisor on the outcomes of channel activities, ex...
