Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented Country Manager – Malaysia to lead and scale our B2C business in the Malaysian market. Based in Malaysia, you will own the country's business performance end-to-end, including revenue growth, team leadership, brand building, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business & Revenue: Own country P&L, drive revenue growth, and achieve sales targets.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and scale high-performing B2C sales teams.
- Sales & Conversion: Oversee end-to-end sales funnel and improve conversion metrics.
- Market Expansion & Brand: Strengthen brand presence and expand market reach in Malaysia.
- Reporting & Governance: Track KPIs, ensure CRM hygiene, and report to senior leadership.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitors, market trends, and student insights to drive strategy.
