1) Supply Operations & Execution Excellence
Ensure on-time delivery and consistent product quality through robust operational routines and continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor adherence to enterprise policies, certifications, traceability programs, and operational initiatives across suppliers and internal teams.
Drive critical path discipline from purchase order release through approved ship dates; proactively remove bottlenecks.
Own production planning and purchase order management; support development-to-bulk readiness and allocation activities.
Identify and lead productivity and scalability initiatives to improve efficiency and optimize end-to-end supply performance.
