Job Description
We are representing a well-established global shipping and logistics organisation and are seeking a high-calibre Country Commercial Head to lead the commercial function in Malaysia.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Country Commercial Strategy - Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow import/export volumes, revenue, and market presence.
Lead & Develop the Sales Organisation - Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets and strengthen performance culture.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders through joint visits and strategic engagement.
