Job Description:
- Assist passengers at the bus ticket counter with ticket purchases, reservations, and inquiries.
- Check and verify bus tickets, passenger details, and travel schedules.
- Provide quality customer service by guiding passengers regarding routes, fares, timings, and boarding procedures.
- Operate the bus ticketing system to issue tickets, update passenger information, and check seat availability.
- Handle ticket cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds as per company policy.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth passenger boarding.
- Maintain accurate records of daily ticket sales and system entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
