Position Summary
The Kith - Treats Counter Associate is the face of the Kith Treats shop. They are personable, friendly, and focused on delivering a first‑in‑class experience to all new and returning Kith‑Treats customers. They are passionate about desserts and committed to delivering a best‑in‑class experience capped off with a beautifully assembled treat.
Responsibilities
- Continuously provide an exceptional experience for each of our Treats customers, capped off with a visually captivating and equally delicious dessert.
- Practice and master the plating & presentation techniques used on each one of our creations.
- Clean and maintain industrial kitchen equipment.
- Use time between customers to manage inventory levels, ensuring we are always prepared.
