Counsellor II – Workplace Support Programs (WSP)

Location: Vancouver or Victoria, BC. Employment type: Permanent part‑time or full‑time (flexible FTE available). Salary range: $58,100 – $107,900 CAD per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑person and remote counselling services for TELUS Health Workplace Support Programs.
• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Deliver clinical interventions to support return to healthy productivity and manage workplace performance issues.
