Counseling Outreach Officer

Job Purpose Summary

The Counseling Outreach Officer reports to the Director of the Student Counseling Center (SCC) and works closely with administrative staff and Counselors of the SCC at the respective campus.

The incumbent liaises with key offices and contacts within the university community including, but not limited to, units within Student Affairs, Deans/Directors, and Faculty and Staff to plan and coordinate outreach activities and programs related to student physical, emotional and mental well‑being. Outreach initiatives are extended to the broader community outside the university including community organizations, governmental and non‑governmental healthcare and welfare agencies, media, etc. to develop and implement an integrated community networking toward fostering partnerships and further promoting the services of the center.
