Job Description
- Analyze and calculate precise manufacturing costs for multi-product surgical catalogs, single-use kits, and custom OEM product lines.
- Evaluate direct and indirect costs, including raw material yields, machine runtime, forging/labor cycles, and overhead allocations to drive accurate product pricing strategies.
- Conduct variance analysis between standard budgeted costs and actual production costs to identify inefficiencies, material wastage, or cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide detailed cost estimation sheets to management to assist in pricing negotiations for international distribution and portal contracts.
