2. Fast growing F&B company with over 20+ outlets across Malaysia, with the HQ based in Kepong.
As they are expanding, they are currently looking for Costing Executive.
Job Responsibilities
- Verify & monitor raw material consumption and wastage in the kitchen and production department, escalating any abnormal cases to the superior.
- Conduct stock takes for kitchen inventory, comparing actual stock with system records and reporting variances.
- Maintain and analyze food costing, menu pricing, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
