Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and driven Cost Manager to join our team and deliver high-quality cost management services across a range of building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strong client-facing approach, and proven capability as a MEP cost consultant
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed Cost Estimates and Bills of Quantities across all project stages, from feasibility through to completion.
Lead Value Engineering exercises to identify cost efficiencies without compromising design intent or quality.
Manage the full tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of submissions, and preparation of recommendation reports.
Administer contracts in line with agreed conditions, advising clients on contractual matters and obligations.
