Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organise, and manage the storage of a wide variety of client specifications and project information.
- Interpret project specifications and prepare detailed costing spreadsheets using MS Excel.
- Compile accurate and competitive quotations within required deadlines.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and maintain up-to-date supplier price lists.
- Develop a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used within the shopfitting environment.
- Analyse planned versus actual project expenses and provide feedback on cost variances.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing projects and industry developments to support accurate estimating.
