Cost Estimation / Procurement Engineer

Overview

We are currently seeking a cost estimation / procurement engineer to support our accounting department and handle construction procurement for the special construction unit. Our company’s office is located in Vantaa, and most of the construction sites are in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Our projects are typically demanding or exceptionally demanding new build and/or renovation construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct active site visits to ensure smooth procurement processes and timely project progress.
• Create reasonable procurement packages according to the Talo80 system, suitable for projects ranging from one hundred thousand euros to several tens of millions of euros.
• Identify and engage subcontractors appropriate for different project sizes and work methods.
