Job Description
Responsibilities
- Carry out cost control transactions.
- Follow the instructions given by the Finance Controller.
- Control the storage house requests as well as the kitchen and F&B requests and stocks.
- Ensure that the facility regulations are followed for purchasing acceptance of goods and storage.
- Share information with management about planning and controls related to the F&B department and kitchen section.
- Control the end‑of‑month inventories and enter them into the system.
- Inspect the main storage houses.
- Prepare accounting information related to F&B and carry out their recognition.
- Present financial and statistical data to seniors at certain intervals.
- Control all requests and adjust the quantities requested to keep stocks at minimum levels.
