Job Description
Dostsol Global is hiring a detail-oriented Cost Accounting Analyst to manage project budgets, track material and labor costs, perform project-based reconciliations, and prepare accurate financial reports.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, shop representatives, procurement, and management to maintain cost visibility and support financially sound project decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Finalize project budgets with the relevant shop point of contact
- Track project costs, including materials, purchasing, labor, and overages
- Review material purchase requests and cost-overage approvals
- Record and allocate daily labor costs to the appropriate projects
- Maintain project costing dashboards and budget reports
- Perform QuickBooks reconciliations using project-based costing
