WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Project Cost Control & Budgeting: Monitor actual project expenditures (materials, direct labor, sub-contracts) against baseline budgets. Partner closely with Project Managers to identify and explain cost overruns or variances early.
- Revenue Recognition: Assist with revenue recognition calculations and reporting for long-term power system fabrication and retrofit projects utilizingASC 606 / IFRS 15 frameworks.
- Inventory Analysis: Conduct inventory reconciliations, inventory reporting, cycle counts, and structural analysis of inventory variances.
- Overhead & Cost Absorption: Support the analysis and allocation of overhead and project-related costs, supporting WIP activities.
- Financial Reporting & Month-End Close: Deliver timely project margin reporting, inventory accounting, and month-end close activities.
