Job Description
We are looking for a Cost Accountant to join a manufacturing and import/export operation in Guelph, Ontario. In this role, you will work with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver accurate costing insight, strengthen inventory controls, and support informed business decisions. This position is suited to an accounting specialist who can analyze cost performance, maintain reliable financial records, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee standard costing, landed cost calculations, and inventory valuation for raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure financial records remain accurate.
• Review cost updates and product cost structures, confirming that roll-ups reflect current inputs and align with company accounting standards and policies.
