Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Calculate standard costs for finished goods and work-in-process (WIP) for SCPT & POD.
- Variance Analysis between actual and standard costs (material, labor, and overhead) and look for areas for improvement.
- Inventory Control, through monthly reconciliations and physical audits on the production floor.
- Allocate manufacturing overhead (MOH).
- Prepare ledger entries for material consumption, inventory adjustments, Expense allocations for SCPT & POD.
- Month end / Year end closing, actively support on reporting and financial audit.
- Work with US FP&A; team on Budget & Forecast preparation support, annual manufacturing costs and financial forecasting.
- Scrap reports valuation / Audit.
- Physical inventory support.
- Prepare monthly SCPT & POD CPU analysis and review with Plant Management and present in ME close meeting.
