A mid‑level attorney (2–5 years' experience) will join a top‑tier legal team in Silicon Valley, handling a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including emerging company work, venture capital deals, M&A, and private equity transactions, advising startups, established companies, funds, and entrepreneurs through critical growth phases.
