Corporate Tooling Coordinator

Summary

: Utilizes engineering methodology to support program launch readiness, production planning and continuous improvement. Provides the necessary fabrication and machining knowledge, processing skills, and technical support to the company to ensure American Rheinmetall achieves optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity and delivery to internal and external customer’s satisfaction. Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Identification of production and validation tooling needs on a project-by-project basis. Assistance in tool conceptualization. 

Identification of OVS tooling suppliers and subsequent management of OVS tooling suppliers.

Development, review, maintenance, and control of production tooling data and tooling production plan. Including TDP (Technical Data Package), Bill of Material, Process Flow / Build Plan, Floor Layouts, and Work Instructions.
