We’re supporting a boutique business-focused law firm in Henley-on-Thames in the search for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE .

This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts , terms of business , and business sale and purchase transactions , who is confident running matters with a good level of autonomy.

The firm advises businesses across commercial , corporate , litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a pragmatic and commercially astute approach.

The role offers:

• Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home
• Salary from £50,000 for around 3 years’ PQE , with flexibility for the right person
