Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to support the Head of Corporate Services in maintaining a safe, functional, and compliant office environment in our fast-paced fintech company. This is an exciting and varied role, involving overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring health and safety standards are met, coordinating repairs, and responding swiftly to maintenance emergencies.
Please note that this role is fully office-based in our London office.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.
Co-ordinate and manage external contractors for maintenance services, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, PAT Testing, HVAC, pest control, fabric works, coffee and vending services.
Manage onsite contractor works, coordinating projects and sourcing quotations as required.
