Key Responsibilities
- Full‑Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals to maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and technical competence.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Administrative Compliance: Ensure all recruitment documentation, including job offer letters and employment certifications, are processed accurately and on time.
- Reporting: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly reports on hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.
